Before A&E, I was navigating a few different roles—jobs that felt more like placeholders than purpose. After retiring from pro sports, I hit a wall and knew I needed something with growth, impact, and legacy. That’s when I stepped into face-to-face marketing and eventually launched my own firm, DBAB LLC (Don’t Be A Bystander. Be The Brand).
Launching DBAB and building a team from the ground up has been my biggest win. But more than titles, the real win is seeing people on my team level up in confidence, income, and leadership.
It’s the structure and vision. A&E gave me the blueprint and mentorship I needed to scale. The partnership helped turn my hustle into an actual business—and my business into a platform for others.

I used to be a pro athlete. Competing at that level taught me discipline, grit, and how to push through pressure—skills I now use every day in business.

I was so shy and soft spoken when I started with A&E Global that friends actually bet on me that I wouldn’t last longer than 2 weeks in marketing and sales. A year and a half later, I now manage my own marketing firm.

Before joining A&E Global, I was working at Sonic. It taught me a lot about customer service, and staying sharp in a fast-paced environment — but I knew I wanted more growth and impact.
My biggest win has been leveling up from where I started. Getting promoted was a major milestone — not just for the title, but because it proved my consistency and leadership were being recognized.

Before A&E Global, I was working at Metro By T-Mobile, where I worked and remained in the same position for 2 years.
My biggest win was doing 14 approved applications in 4 hours and going from $400.00 weekly pay to almost a $1000.00 all with the right training.
What I love most about working with A&E is the opportunity of owning my own. I notice my growth and knowing that I can grow even further fills me with excitement!
Fun Facts:
I hit my 14 apps in 4 hours knocking on doors in 112 degree weather; Another little talent I have is that I can move silently very often, to the point where others have said that I move like a cat and need a bell!

One of my personal aspirations is to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup with my brother, united in our passion and pride as we cheer for our team.

I was working part -time retail store as a cashier, juggling bills with no clear path to growth.
Within 4 months, I was promoted to team lead and now mentor new reps daily. I went from $400.00/week to $2000/week.
The people and the pressure. it's competitive , but we celebrate each other's wins - you feel like you matter here.
